For the New Visitor to my Blog

The blog is about things I love: yoga, food, and happy home life. Most of my posts have been about yoga and my offerings. But recently I decided I wanted to share more, so I've added a category called Marriage and Family. These posts contain gems of wisdom about living happily as a mom and married person, and thrive in daily household life. I may share some great vegetarian recipes, because my husband and I both like to cook. I may share some information about creating or maintaining a healthy sexual relationship, because it gets more challenging as we age, and I have some wisdom to offer. I might even share a cocktail recipe or two, because I've become quite the craft bartender during Covid-19. and I do have about 2 or 3 cocktail recipes!
